Most organizations run on software that was never built for them.

A site builder for the public page, a spreadsheet for members, a card reader, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, and somebody stitching it all together by hand. We're two people who build the one system that replaces them, hand it over, and charge a fair price for it. That's the whole idea.

What we build, and how.

Fullgrain builds membership platforms for clubs, websites for businesses, and custom software for any organization that has outgrown its apps. Each one is designed and built from scratch for the people who will run it, and handed over as a system they own: the code, the data, and the accounts.

One engineer and designer takes every project end to end: the first call, the spec, the design, the build, and the handover. There is no handoff from a sales guy to a dev shop, and nobody between you and the person writing the code. When it's done, you own the code.

From first call to handover.

Most organizations come to us knowing what hurts, not what to build. That's fine. Here's what happens.

  1. 01

    A conversation, not a form

We start by talking: what you run on today, where the hours go, and what leadership keeps asking for. Most people don't know what to build yet. Figuring that out is our job, not yours.

  2. 02

A spec and a firm number

Scoping is fixed price. It ends with a written spec of what we'll build and a firm price for building it, so you know the number before the build starts.

  3. 03

You see it running, not slides

We build in phases and show you working software along the way. We talk however you prefer: text, email, or a call. There's no ticketing system and no account manager, just the two of us.

  4. 04

A handover you can actually use

You get the code, documentation, and a recorded walkthrough. Your staff knows how to run it before we hang up, and any developer can pick it up later.

  5. 05

    After launch

Keep us on for changes and new features, or take it in house. The software keeps running either way. Sites hosted with us get updates, fixes, and small changes included.
