What they had
The club ran on a PHP and MySQL site from another era: 53 tables, logins by member number and last name, and a roster that lived in a spreadsheet on one person's computer. Online event registrations and regalia sales stopped for over a year. The rest was held together by 4 or more separate services.
What we built
One system. Members join and renew online, register for events, and buy from a members-only store, with every payment landing in the club's own account. Staff run members, events, orders, publications, and email campaigns from one dashboard, with renewal reminders that send themselves. The 4 or more services are now 1.
What changed
The full roster came across from the old site, and anyone in leadership can log in. The first month live brought in nearly 4x a usual month's income, and recouped the build cost roughly 3 times over.
This is now a productized offer for any club./relaunch
