The 45-Day Club Comeback.

In 45 days your club gets a website other clubs are jealous of and your members are proud of, a dashboard so simple anyone can run it, dues and tickets that collect themselves, and your lapsed members crawling back. You own all of it.

Who it's for.

Clubs with 300 to 3,000 dues-paying members and paid events or merchandise: car clubs, yacht clubs, flying clubs, alumni associations, and the regional chapters of national clubs.

Signs you need it

  • The website hasn't changed in a year.
  • Joining means mailing a check.
  • The roster lives in a spreadsheet or on one person's computer.
  • One person does renewals by hand.
  • Nobody in leadership can log in to the website.

Your club is judged online before anyone meets you.

Before anyone shakes a hand, they've seen your website, tried your join form, and decided. Get it right and you're the serious club. Get it wrong and nobody tells you. They just don't join.

The website looks like it was built a decade ago, and every prospective member sees it first.
A website that makes people assume your club is the serious one.
Changing a single page means asking a favor of whoever has the login.
Anyone in leadership updates it in minutes, no favors.
Other clubs in your world have nicer websites than yours, and people have noticed.
Yours becomes the one they compare themselves to.
Renewals depend on someone remembering to chase people.
Reminders go out on their own and members renew with a card.
Lapsed members quietly disappear and nobody follows up, so the club looks like it's shrinking.
A campaign that brings them back and a report that shows it.
Tickets and merchandise sell through whatever someone had time to set up.
They sell on your website and the money lands in your account.

What the club gets.

  1. A website other clubs will be jealous of

Designed from scratch for your club, not picked from a template. The website your members are proud to send their friends to, with a dashboard behind it in the same brand.

  2. Run the whole club from one screen

Members, renewals, events, and orders in one place. No training manual and no developer: anyone in leadership runs the club from one screen.

  3. Dues and tickets that collect themselves

Members join, renew, and buy tickets and merchandise on your website with their own card. The money lands in the club's own account, and the renewal reminders send themselves.

  4. The Win-Back Campaign

An email sequence to every lapsed member on the club's list, sent the day the new website goes live. We write it and send it, and the day-90 report shows what it brought back.

The Members-Back Guarantee

If paid renewals plus reactivated lapsed members, processed through the platform in the 45 days after launch, aren't higher than the club's count for the same calendar dates the prior year, we refund the implementation fee.

Your side of it:

  • The timeline starts after a board vote and a signed agreement.
  • Member data export and access to the domain, DNS, and current hosting are in hand before kickoff.
  • One decision-maker responds to questions and approvals within 2 business days. Design approvals, content approvals, and data questions all count.

The 45 days.

  1. Day 0

    01

A leadership vote and a signed agreement. The clock starts here.

  2. Days 1 to 45

    02

Custom design, build, member data migration, and payments configured in the club's own account.

  3. Day 45

    03

Everything goes live, and the Win-Back Campaign goes to every lapsed member the same day.

  4. Day 90

    04

Results report: renewals and reactivations in the 45 days after launch, compared with the same dates the prior year.

Ownership.

The code, the data, and the payment account all belong to the club. You get your member data, your domain, your content, and a full copy of the platform source at launch. We run the live instance and ship updates while your platform fee is active, and if you leave, you keep everything.

Slots and timing.

We take on 3 Club Comebacks per quarter.

0 of 3 slots taken this quarter

  • Calendar-year clubs should sign by October to launch before January renewals.
  • Anniversary clubs should launch before their next major event.
  • The platform supports both calendar-year and rolling anniversary memberships.

run audit

Get your free Lapsed Member Audit.

Tell us your member count, dues, and renewal model. Within 48 hours you get how many members have lapsed, what they're worth, and what a Club Comeback would do about it. No call required.

What you'll be asked at the next meeting.

How much does it cost?
Quoted after a scoping call. The audit comes first, and the call ends with a written number before anything is built.
What happens if Fullgrain disappears?
You have a full copy of the platform source, your data, your domain, and your payment account, so the club keeps running and any developer can pick it up. Access belongs to the club's leadership, not to one person.
How long do we have to decide?
Slots are first come. We take on 3 Club Comebacks per quarter, and we don't hold one without a signed agreement.
Do members need new logins?
Yes. Accounts are invitation-based, so each member sets a password from an email we send on launch day, telling them what changed and what to do.
What's not included?
Anything outside the 4 deliverables is quoted separately before we build it.
We're a chapter of a national club. Does this work?
Yes. The platform is built per chapter, and chapters can roll up to the national club later.
